Stella & Dot’s Entrepreneur Program (STEPs) for College Students:
Stella & Dot is a dream internship program in fashion and social selling. Why? Because instead of getting your boss coffee, you’ll be getting real hands-on, resume building experience learning real world skills in marketing, sales, ecommerce, public relations, public speaking, and fashion merchandising – all while earning a great income.
You’ll learn the ropes in building your own business as a Stella & Dot Stylist, while getting all the training and support you need to ensure your success, including the mentorship of an experienced Stella & Dot Stylist (me!). Not only will your skills include the functional skills you need to market and sell your jewelry online on your own e-commerce website and through fun, personal Trunk Shows, but you’ll also get a general fashion and social selling education while doing it.
Stella & Dot’s main daily mission is to empower women – and a few good men – with the flexibility of a professional and lucrative career that they love. There are over 15,000 Stylists in North America enjoying a career with Stella & Dot. Now, through STEPs, Stella & Dot would like to extend that mission and opportunity to future generation of women leaders; our daughters, sisters, friends, nieces, and bold, empowered, an enthusiastic women just like yourself who are eager to learn, have fun, and succeed. You must apply to be excepted to STEPs and be eligible for the special perks of this program, including scholarships and other incentives, financial aid, and special training.
How Do You Know If This Opportunity Is Right For You?
Are you a self-starter who isn’t afraid of hard work and have a passion for fashion, e-commerce, and working with people? Are you enthusiastic, outgoing, and ready to learn? Through our application process, we will help you determine if you are a good fit for this program. How the process works:
Once you fill out and submit your application, it will be reviewed. Qualified applicants will be offered a phone interview. Applicants are reviewed on a rolling basis, year round; there is no submission deadline. Once you are accepted, you will be matched with an experienced Sponsor who will help train you (me!). If accepted, you may then sponsor other Stylists who will then be co-trained by yourself and your Sponsor.
